WHAT'S YOUR RETURN POLICY?

You can return merchandise within 30 days after your order has been received for either:

a) Store credit with free return shipping, or

b) A credit card refund less the cost of return shipping. 

Some items marked "final sale" cannot be returned. We aim to please, so if you're unsatisfied with your purchase at any point in time, shoot us an email to [email protected] and we'll see if we can pull some strings.

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

Please email [email protected] and include the following:

1.            Your order number

2.            What items you'd like to return

3.            Refund preference: either a) store credit with free return shipping, or b) a credit card refund less the cost of return shipping.

4.            Reason you want to return the product (we love feedback)

If eligible, we'll get back to you ASAP with your pre-paid return label and instructions.

CAN I PAY FOR MY OWN RETURN SHIPPING?

If you would like to send your return back on your own and you're eligible to return your order, please send your return to:

We advise that you keep your return tracking information until your refund has been processed by our support team.

RETURNING AN INTERNATIONAL ORDER

Unfortunately we are unable to provide our international customers with a prepaid return label. As a result, international customers are responsible for return shipping.

You can return merchandise within 30 days after your order has been received if the item is undamaged for either:

a) Store credit, or

b) A credit card refund

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY REFUND?

We strive to process refunds as quickly as possible. Once we've received the product(s) you'd like to return, we will refund your credit card which usually takes between 3-5 business days to process with your bank. We'll be sure to notify you via email once we've received your return and your refund has been processed.
